1. WHO WE ARE
The Magic Call Application allow users to initiate telephone calls to their friends with background sounds playing in the background in real time. While some of the Services may be available for free, you can also make purchases, or undertake certain activities, to increase the Services' functionality, like increasing the number of calls you can initiate or to activate other features.
You are solely responsible for the calls you initiate through this service. Ensure that the calls comply with all the central and state laws applicable in the states in which you and the call recipient are located. You agree to use the Services only in compliance with these Terms in a manner that does not violate Magic Call’s legal rights or those of any third party. You are strictly prohibited from using the Services to defraud, cause harm, wrongly obtain anything of value, send indecent or obscene content, or to annoy, abuse, threaten, harass, or make repeated telephone calls to another person. We shall not be liable for any harm or loss caused to any person or party which arises from your use of the Services. You may not use the Services for any commercial purposes. You must also ensure the recipient will not be offended by the call and its content
You are strictly prohibited from using Magic Call to call emergency lines, health care facilities, government agencies, employees or officials, law enforcement, schools, numbers assigned to radio common carrier services. You are prohibited from using Magic Call to call any recipient that is prohibited by law or regulation. Those using the Services for prohibited purposes may be subject to certain identification requirements and prosecution. You shall be solely responsible for legal consequences which arise from using the Services to make prohibited phone calls

By choosing to provide this information, you consent to our processing of that information.
When you subscribe to a paid service or make a purchase directly from us you provide us or our payment service provider with information, such as your debit or credit card number or other financial information.
3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
The main reason we use your information is to deliver and improve our services. Additionally, we use your info to help keep you safe and to provide you with advertising that may be of interest to you. 4. YOUR RIGHTS
We want you to be in control of your information, so we have provided you with the following tools:
Access / Update tools in the service. Tools and account settings that help you to access, rectify or delete information that you provided to us and that’s associated with your account directly within the service. If you have any question on those tools and settings, please contact us from within the app.
Device permissions. Mobile platforms have permission systems for specific types of device data and notifications, such as phone book as well as push notifications. You can change your settings on your device to either consent or oppose the collection of the corresponding information or the display of the corresponding notifications. Of course, if you do that, certain services may lose full functionality.
Uninstall. You can stop all information collection by an app by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall process for your device. If you uninstall the app from your mobile device, the unique identifier associated with your device will continue to be stored. If you re-install the application on the same mobile device, we will be able to re-associate this identifier to your previous transactions and activities.
5. HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
We work hard to protect you from unauthorized access to or alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information. As with all technology companies, although we take steps to secure your information, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personal information will always remain secure.
